Carolina was amazing! She went above and beyond what I expected. She kept in touch with me every step of the way and even after she was done speaking with who I asked her to speak with, she offered to call them again in order to make sure I got the information I needed. She also sent e-mail to the people I wanted her to talk to and called them multiple times. She made absolute sure that she got the job done exactly how I wanted, no matter what. On top of that, she is very nice and and easy to talk with!
